Will definitely not stay there again. Paid $50 cleaning fee and I think it is just pocketed
Positive: Bed was comfortable.
Negative: Not clean, hasn't been vacuumed since forever. Alive and dead bugs. Couldn't use the shower as could only get extremely hot or extremely cold water. Side of bathtub/shower was 3 feet high and too high for seniors. No grab bar to grab. Toilet leaked from bottom, wouldn't flush on occasion, plugged easily. Had no tea available for tea drinkers, only coffee. Not body wash or soap in the kitchen or bathtub/shower.
